INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF HRM CASES AND RESEARCH is published by the Society for Makers, Artists, Researchers and Technologists (SMART). The IJHCR is the leading academic journal for cases in business and related disciplines. The IJHCR publishes outstanding industry-based cases dealing with issues in all functional aspects of industry. All manuscripts are double-blind refereed by Editorial Board members and reviewers in the appropriate discipline. The journal publishes two issues a year.

Aim & Scope

INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF HRM CASES AND RESEARCH is a scholarly publication dedicated to advancing the understanding and practice of Human Resources (HR) through the dissemination of high-quality case studies. The journal aims to serve as a platform for HR professionals, academics, researchers, and practitioners to share valuable insights, innovative practices, and real-world experiences related to HR management, strategy, and decision-making.

The primary objective of the Journal of HR Case Studies is to provide a venue for the publication of comprehensive, well-documented, and in-depth case studies that highlight various HR challenges, solutions, and best practices in organizations of all sizes, across different industries and sectors. More specifically, IJHCR publishes paper that focus on practical insights and evidence-based solutions to contemporary HR challenges.
